David is a Senior Project Manager and Bridge Engineer with almost 20 years of experience specializing in the delivery of transportation and bridge projects. His experience encompasses various delivery models, including design-bid-build, design build, P3, program management, and construction management. Having worked on complex projects exceeding $1 billion, David brings expertise in business case development, project scoping, project delivery evaluation, and risk management.<\/p>\n

As National Practice Lead, David provides leadership and support for the company’s pursuit of major and alternative delivery projects, collaborating with management and senior techical leaders across the company.<\/p>\n

David originally joined Associated Engineering in 2015 as the Manager of the Bridge group in Calgary. He holds a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Civil Engineering and a Master\u2019s of Business Administration. David is an active volunteer with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA) and the Consulting Engineers of Alberta (CEA).
